Return & Exchange Policy

Returning Conditions:

At Timeless Treasures, we offer a range of delicate, luxury decor pieces. Due to the fragile nature
of many of our items, we have a strict no return/no exchange policy. However, we do provide
exchanges for the same product under the following conditions:
  • An incorrect item was delivered.
  • A manufacturing defect is identified.
  • The product arrived damaged during transit

Reporting Damages:

In the case of transit damage or breakage, you must send us:
  • Photos of the damaged product.
  • An unboxing video showing the condition in which the item was received.
Please share these via WhatsApp at +91 836-8151959, and we will address your concern promptly.
Important: We require that the item is kept in its original packaging, including foam, cushioning, and protective materials, for reference and to ensure its safe return, even if the item is damaged.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order or before
receiving the shipping confirmation. You can cancel by emailing us at

Exchange Process

Exchanges are available within 24 hours of receiving your product, and only under the following
conditions: the product is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect. This 24-hour
period begins from the date of delivery confirmed by our logistics team or courier partner.
To initiate an exchange, please provide:
  • Two photos (one showing the damaged area and one showing the full product)

  • An unboxing video.

836-8151959 (10 AM – 6 PM). Our team will review the request and respond within 2-3 business
days. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. It typically takes 2-3 days for the pickup to
be scheduled and 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse. After inspection by our
quality team, the exchange process will be completed within 2-3 days.
Please ensure: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags,
barcodes, manuals, accessories, shipping labels, and the invoice. The item must be unused and in
its original condition.

Refunds

For cancellations made within the allowed time frame, refunds will be processed within 2-3 days.
Please allow an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
